WHAT CUD YOU DO IN A HEART ATTACK??

The word Cardiac Arrest or Heart Attack is frightfull one in itself..No one wud ever wish that any of one's closed one or a beloved wud be suffering from this unwanted disease...But then as its destiny or God's will..thou its hard to bear but we cant do anything in it apart from providing available treatment and precautions..I know its v painfull and hard to see any one of our known undergoing a heart attack..And the situation gets highly worst if its the major one and its the third attack...and it worsens the situation cos this attack needs to be treated momentarily n immediately..and cant even wait for the medical assistance sometimes... Talkin bout what a non medico do in such a condition where we dont have any expert assistance present at the time of a heart attack...I wud share a bit of physiology(heart's condition and working) at the time of a heart attack...a human heart consists of an organ in the heart called Pacemaker which is responsible for the initiation of heart beats at the time of birth..In short you cud compare it with the dynamo of a car which starts the engine..but in us this pacemaker's function is a one time function since it only acts at the time of birth n initiates the heart beats which then works on its own with the help of the pressure of the blood being pumped into the body from one end and receiving blood from the body thru another...And in a heart attack the flow and pressure of blood almost stops at that moment...if in such a condition we can manage to initiate that flow once again..Or cud stimulate the pacemaker..we can prevent any attack..Medically we do it with the help of few methods..by inducing Injection or by providing CPR ..Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (heart massage) etc.... At the time of heart attack..ask the patient TO COUGH AS HARD AS THE PATIENT CAN...provoke him to do so...it wud create the pressure on lungs..which ultimately wud force the blood to move into vessels again...along with it you cud also STRIKE THE CHEST HARD (BEAT) THE CHEST OF THE PATIENT WITH YOUR CLOSED FIST OVER THE HEART AREA FORCIBLY..and in the meantime ask any other member to call the qualified doctor as soon as possible or shift the patient to the nearest hospital or any medical centre as soon as possible...if one cud even attempt one of these two methods that any non medico can do easily...we cud atleast prevent the fatal consequences till the expert assistance is available.
